This notice explains how ODDBEAD handles personal information collected through oddbead.com. The English version is the controlling version of this notice.

ODDBEAD is the controller for the information described here. Contact us about privacy, access, correction, deletion, or marketing objections at hello@oddbead.com.
What we collect
When you join the launch list, we collect your email address, the sign-up source, the consent-policy version, and the time you subscribed. Our site also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from abuse; Turnstile processes technical and device information under Cloudflare’s own terms and privacy practices.
Why we use it
- Send ODDBEAD early-access, launch and wallpaper-pack messages when you have opted in.
- Maintain a suppression record when you unsubscribe or object to marketing.
- Prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate registrations.
- Operate and secure this site.
We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Where it is stored and shared
Waitlist records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare Pages and Turnstile provide hosting and abuse prevention. These service providers may process information in countries other than yours while operating their services. We share information only with providers needed to run the site, send permitted launch communications, comply with law, or protect our rights and visitors.
Retention and your choices
We retain launch-list information until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or it is no longer needed for the purposes above. You can opt out of marketing at any time through an unsubscribe link in a future email or by writing to hello@oddbead.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your information. We may need to verify your request.
Children and updates
ODDBEAD is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this notice as the project develops; the effective date above will change when we do.
