These Terms govern your use of oddbead.com and its waitlist. They do not create a purchase contract for any future crowdfunding campaign or product.
Using this site
You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass its security or verification controls, submit another person’s email without permission, or use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse it.
Launch-list access
Joining the list gives you no guarantee of a future product, campaign, price, discount, delivery date, availability, reward or investment return. Any future crowdfunding campaign, order, preorder or purchase will be governed by the terms shown at that time.
Creative property
ODDBEAD’s characters, card art, card-back design, text, logos and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, train a model on, or use them commercially without written permission from ODDBEAD.
Tarot and wellbeing
Our cards, interactive draws and accompanying language are creative and reflective experiences. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, scientific, emergency, or other professional advice. Read the full Tarot Disclaimer.
Availability and liability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may change, pause or discontinue it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, ODDBEAD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the site.
